Chicken with parsley sauce

Chicken with parsley sauce

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 trout
3 oranges
1 tablespoon of flour
20 g butter
100 ml of liquid cream

For the vegetable stock:
1 onion
2 carrots
1 sprig of thyme
Laurel
Parsley
2 cups dry white wine
1 ½ water
Salt
Pepper.
