Simple skewers

One of the easy bits of any barbecue is a brochette. That is to say that we put pieces of meat on a stick of wood and cook you to the escaped. Easy to make and easy to eat. Here we tell you how to prepare a simple skewers


Ingredients:

meat to taste, can be red or juice of half limónaceite of olivavarios polloel cloves of garlic triturados1 tablespoon of cominosal and pepper

Preparation:


Mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, olive oil and cumin.


Cut the meat into cubes and let them ripen in the marinade for half an hour in the refrigerator.


Move the cubes of meat by the skewer and grill them on the barbecue for a few minutes on each side until they they are to your liking.


Optional form you can add vegetables such as red or white onions and roast them all together.
