The development of the potato with mayonnaise and anchovies

One of the best dishes in the summer is the creation of the potatoes with mayonnaise and anchovies. It not is served hot, so it will not increase our body temperature, in climates which are very high. The ingredients needed for the realization of this recipe is a medium cucumber, a red pepper of Tin, a tin of anchovies in oil, a boiled egg, 2 tablespoons of cold milk, 2 tablespoons of capers, three hard tomatoeseight medium-sized potatoes, 100 g of pitted olives, the juice of a lemon and salt.

The first thing to do is mayonnaise and must be reserved for the fresco. Then you have to wash the whole potatoes unpeeled, and they should be placed in a saucepan with cold water to cover them properly. All this has to cook for about 30 minutes, depending on the type of potato you are using. When they are already cooked, you have to let it cool a little, Peel and they have to be cut into slices.

The following procedure involves the capers that must be mixed with half of the mayonnaise, and have to peel and cut into slices. It is important to keep all components cut into slices. The same should be done with the cucumber and has to salt lightly and is placed in a dish for half an hour so that the water is released.

In conclusion, I must say that you have to mix the mayonnaise with potatoes and cucumbers, and both elements should be placed inside a round dome-shaped fountain. This needs to be cover with the rest of mayonnaise without capers, than because they have to be reserved.
