Raisins sauce recipe

Today we are dedicated to making a sauce that is ideal to accompany any kinds of ham. So when we make an entry with ham this sauce will enhance its flavor.


Ingredients (for two cups):


1/3 cups raisins
1 cup of water
4 cloves
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of corn starch
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
quarter Cup of sugar
quarter teaspoon salt


Preparation:


In a casserole put to boil raisins in water together with cloves, cooking for about ten minutes, at the end removed nails. In another bowl, melt the butter, add the starch of corn and mix. Add then while you keep stirring, raisins and his fluid, the juice of Orange, lemon, sugar and salt, mix well and cooking for about three minutes.
