Cold chocolate sauce recipe

A sauce to accompany a rich dessert, as for example a ball of ice cream, cake, or whatever you like. The chocolate sauce goes well with everything and if we make it at home surely will be much healthier and we can eat without guilt.


Ingredients (for two cups):


1 ½ tablespoon of corn starch
quarter Cup cold milk
1 ¾ cup hot milk
50 grams of chopped or grated chocolate
¾ cup sugar impalpable
2 tablespoons hot water
2 clear
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla


Preparation:


In a pan, it dissolves the starch of corn with cold milk, then add hot milk and chopped chocolate, takes the pot to bath and kitchen so the mixture thickens. Add a quarter Cup of sugar impalpable powder and hot water, mix well.
On the other hand beat two whites to snow, slowly add the rest of the impalpable sugar while you continue beating. Beat two yolks and join them, pour this preparation to the mix and kitchen again for a minute, add the vanilla, carefully removes. Let it cool in the refrigerator before eating.
