Mass of puff pastry recipe

There are many times that we need to do a mass of puff pastry and we all know how difficult it is, today I share a recipe for something more simple puff pastry called Danish pastry.


Ingredients:


2 eggs
¾ Cup warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
4 cup flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
half cup butter


Preparation:


Beat two eggs, add the warm water and yeast dissolved in that preparation, it leads to the fridge and reserve for about fifteen minutes.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and sugar, undoes the butter inside. Past the fifteen minutes adds the cold mixture and bat for about two minutes, with the tip of the fingers joined the mass trying to spend the least amount of possible heat. Leave it rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator, removed and can stretches from one centimeter in thickness, for use.
