A few morsels with a very, very mild body and a stuffed delicious. Ideal to take tea or coffee in the afternoon break.

Ingredients (for nine servings):

2 tablespoons yeast
¾ Cup warm water
quarter Cup of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups of flour
Cinnamon
Chopped walnuts

Preparation:

With the help of an electric mixer, beat at medium speed, yeast, warm water, melted butter, salt, egg, sugar, cocoa and a cup of flour.
When this all together, add the rest of the flour and continue whisking until the mass it transpires from the container. This process is complete, let let the dough rest at least one hour of preference in a warm place. Passed this time, remove the air mass, kneaded without pressing too and forms a rectangle about twenty-five centimeters by 30, spread with a little more than melted butter and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
Put the rectangle with the widest side front of you, trample it and then cut the 9 portions. Take them to a plate to oven previously greased, leaves it leude until that double its volume, then baked for about thirty minutes one hundred seventy degrees.
At the time of unmold if you want you can swim with a mixture of impalpable powder sugar, milk and a few drops of vanilla.
